Partnered with Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) Administrators across the state.
Developed Annual statewide training plan for entire state.

Senior Instructional Designer, Committee for Children

Designed curriculum with a diversity, equity, and inclusive lens.
Collaborated regularly with Visual Designers, Media Production, Researchers, and other Instructional Designers.

Regional Director, Early Learning Academies

Managed 10 Kid's Country Early Learning Centers across Washington State.
Responsible for 10 Center Directors and over 150 Early Childhood Educators.
Worked closely with DCYF to meet state regulations.
